Terms of Service

1. The Service

WWWF is a sport federation platform for wallball. It hosts player profiles, tournament brackets, ratings, live broadcast surfaces, and related tools for players, referees, promoters, and viewers. Individual features may be added, changed, or removed over time.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. One account per person; do not share accounts or credentials.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you post to the Service — your profile details, uploaded pictures, match commentary, and any other material you submit. By posting, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and distribute your content as necessary to operate the Service (for example, showing your profile to other viewers, embedding your tournament participation on brackets, or reflecting your name in match records).

You are responsible for the content you post. You represent that you have the right to post it and that it does not violate any law or infringe anyone else’s rights.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to break any law, harass anyone, or infringe anyone’s rights.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organization.
• Submit false match results, fabricate ratings, or manipulate the sport-scoring system.
• Attempt to disrupt or compromise the Service, other users’ accounts, or the infrastructure it runs on.
• Scrape, mass-collect, or resell data from the Service without our written permission.
• Use the Service to distribute malware, spam, or unsolicited advertising.

5. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third parties including Google (for sign-in) and YouTube (for live broadcast embeds and channel identification through our connect-once flow). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies, not ours. We are not responsible for third-party content or availability.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, medallion, and brand marks, is the property of Green Candor Media and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of those materials to you. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works from the Service except as expressly permitted.

7. Sanctioning and event data

The Service may host tournament sanctioning, ratings, and event records. We make no guarantee about the accuracy of user-submitted results or third-party data. If you identify an error in your match record or rating, contact us or a designated federation official to request review.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these terms, if your account is inactive for an extended period, or if we discontinue the Service. Where possible, we will give you notice.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WWWF and Green Candor Media will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed one hundred United States dollars (US$100).

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you through the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
